These terms cover Goods In only. Our other apps have their own terms — Location Confirmation and Inventory Forecaster.
The short version: £12 per month plus VAT for your whole Linnworks account, 14 days free first, cancel in Linnworks whenever you like. The app writes to your Linnworks account, so you stay responsible for checking what gets booked in.
By installing or using the Englander Goods In application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Just Horse Riders Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08856942), trading as "Englander" ("Englander", "we", "us").
Goods In is an Android application for warehouse goods-in teams. It works with your Linnworks account to let you book in supplier deliveries against your Linnworks purchase orders. The service includes:
The App is built for Zebra Android barcode scanners and uses Zebra's DataWedge scanning service. It requires Android 8 or later. We do not support camera-based scanning or scanners from other manufacturers. Please check your devices are suitable during the free trial.
To use the App, you must:
You are responsible for:
A 14-day free trial is available when you install Goods In through the Linnworks Application Store. You can use the full app during the trial. Paid billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Trial terms are shown at the point of subscription.
You may cancel at any time through the Linnworks Application Store (Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Subscription billing – including payment retries and notifications – is managed by Linnworks through the Linnworks Payment Gateway. If your subscription lapses or a payment is not completed, access to the App may be suspended until your Linnworks subscription is active again.
By installing Goods In for your Linnworks account, you authorise Englander to:
Your purchase orders, items and counted quantities pass directly between the scanner and your own Linnworks account. We do not store them on our servers. Our Privacy Policy (section 2B) sets out exactly what we do hold.
By default the App refuses an item that is not on the purchase order, and refuses a quantity beyond the amount ordered. Nothing is counted in either case.
Two optional settings change that behaviour, and you should understand them before switching them on:
Both settings cause the App to change your purchase orders in ways you have not separately approved for each delivery. Turning them on is your decision and your responsibility.
Before writing a delivery the App re-reads the purchase order. If someone changed it in Linnworks in the meantime, the App merges the change and warns you. If a send is interrupted, the App checks what already reached Linnworks before sending anything again, so a delivery is not booked twice. These are safeguards, not guarantees — section 6 still applies.
While we aim for accuracy, you acknowledge that:
Goods In records what your team scans. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your stock and your purchase orders. In particular you are responsible for:
You agree NOT to:
All content, features and functionality of the App are owned by Englander and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Linnworks is a trade mark of its respective owner. Englander is an independent developer. Goods In works with Linnworks, but it is not provided, endorsed or sponsored by Linnworks.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGLANDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Englander from any claims, damages or expenses arising from:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we do not offer a service level agreement. We may:
The App is designed to keep working through a loss of connection: scanning continues on the device and sending waits until the connection returns.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
When you uninstall Goods In in Linnworks, we delete the Linnworks install token straight away. What we keep after that, and for how long, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via:
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Englander regarding the use of the App.
